Refund and Returns Policy

You may return unused items in good condition within 30 days from the date of receipt. A full refund or exchange is available (excluding shipping costs).

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging in pristine condition.
  • Include the original invoice along with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials when returning.
  • Some custom items or products marked as “final sale” may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Procedure

  • Contact our customer service team to explain the reason for the return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Attach the provided RMA label to the item to ensure proper processing of the return.
  • Ship the item to the provided return address within 15 days of receiving the RMA.
  • Use a trackable shipping service for returns. The risk and responsibility transfer to you once the item is shipped.

4. Refund Procedure

  • Once the returned item is received and verified to meet our return policy, a refund will be processed within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank.

5. Exchange Procedure

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the details of the desired exchange item when contacting customer service.
  • Exchange items will be shipped to the designated address at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Any custom-made products.
  • Any intimate apparel, such as underwear or swimwear.
  • Any opened cosmetics or personal care products.
  • Any software or digital products that have been activated or downloaded.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return and reshipping.
